Shipping policy

I usually ship twice per week, so you're never waiting long.

For most items I use flat shipping rates based on the average of actual shipping cost for that item to various U.S. locations. in 2026 those rates are: $9.35 for mugs, $8.07 for pint glasses, short mugs, vases, and jars, $6.74 for short cups, $5.99 for wine coasters, dishes, shot glasses, and seed bombs, and $5.15 for ornaments. All of the subscriptions include shipping amounts, so no shipping will be added to the item price at checkout. Bowls incur calculated shipping, and the shipping amount will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping size and weight. Shopify typically only charges one flat-fee rate per order, so ordering multiple items saves you ALOT on shipping - if you check out and this is not the case, I am happy to refund shipping overages above actual shipping cost. I only ship internationally by request, because it tends to be very expensive (pottery is heavy!).

If you are local to the Stella, NC area, we can arrange to meet at a mutually convenient place instead of paying for shipping.
