Handmade pottery mug. This is truly one-of-a-kind, I threw it as a one-off and it will never be exactly repeated. Dimensions: 3.8 inches tall, 5.85 inches wide including the handle, and the mouth opening is approximately 4 inches diameter. Comfortably holds 20 fluid ounces.
I threw it on the wheel out of stoneware clay, fired it in the kiln, glazed green both inside and out, around 2 real ferns from my yard, added a floating blue glaze around the rim, and fired it again to 2232F. The glaze is food-safe, and even un-glazed portions are non-porous. I sanded the bottom so it is smooth.
