Handmade pottery mug. These are almost entirely made from reused / recycled materials. The leaves had fallen naturally, the clay is my own recycled clay from trimming scraps (white stoneware clay), and the slate blue glaze is recovered from when I clean mug bottoms or wash my brushes. I threw them on the wheel, pulled and attached handles, pressed leaves from my yard into the still-wet clay, fired them, rubbed underglaze into the recesses, glazed the leaf impressions with green glaze, waxed the glazed areas, dipped the outside of the mug into my recycled glaze, poured a single green glaze on the inside, and fired again to 2223 F. I sand the bottoms so they are smooth.

Dimensions: approx. 4.7 inches tall, approx. 5 inches wide including handle, and mouth opening is approx. 3.25 inches diameter. Comfortably holds 18 fluid ounces.
The item is in stock and ready to ship. I typically ship the day after payment is received Monday through Friday.
