Handmade pottery mug. I threw them on the wheel out of stoneware clay, pulled and attached handles, pressed baby leaves in the spring into the clay, fired them, underglazed the leaf impressions, brush glazed the leaves with a green glaze, waxed over the green  glaze, dipped into a blue glaze, poured a darker green glaze inside, and fired again to 2223 F. I sand the bottoms so they are smooth.

This listing is for one mug.

Dimensions: approx. 4.5 inches tall, approx. 5 inches wide including handle, and mouth opening is approx. 3.25 inches diameter. Comfortably holds 18 fluid ounces.

The item is in stock and ready to ship. I typically ship the day after payment is received Monday through Friday.

See my FAQ about "care instructions" for use in the oven, microwave, and dishwasher. It boils down to mitigating the risks of thermal shock and abrasive detergents by using simple precautions similar to glass ware.

This is a handmade, one-of-a-kind creation, with imperfections, and I hope that you will use it and enjoy it. I have tried to provide images that demonstrate the complete picture, but if you would like an additional image of a certain area, or if you have any questions, please ask.

I will cushion the heck out of this when I ship it, and I package in recycled materials whenever possible. If you want the item gift wrapped, please see my FAQ about "gifts."
